Love your products - but trying to return items I had to send several reminders - But, thank you for sending shipping labels

There wasn't a lot of communication or a way to track or check into my order. Then is says my ordered shipped one day, and you're the next state over. However, I won't get my order for another 18-20 days. That's crazy to me. We had bought our mattress and other items days after this purchased, we received those items already. So now we're just sitting ducks waiting for our delivery. But we had been looking for this particular order and was excited that we finally found it.

I do apologize for any confusion/concern with regards to the delivery time frame of your bed given our location. To confirm, all of our orders ship directly from our manufacturers warehouse, so in this instance the item ships from New Jersey. Also, your order was expected to ship by March 13th (per order confirmation) and Freight Transit time per our product page is 7-10 business days on average. I do see that on the carrier tracking the first available delivery date offered was 03/27 which would put us right at the 10 business day mark. Normally, I have found that publicly available sales discounts can be applied on top of trade discounts for my clients. This was not the case at Hedgeapple which was disappointing.

The product was great, outstanding quality from what I can tell. My 3 star rating is bc the item showed in stock ships in 3-4 days and it didn’t ship for about 3 weeks. It just would have been helpful for a more accurate date of shipment as I was relying on the furniture for a planned event.

Great table / Horrible delivery experience. Metropolitan Warehouse (the delivery company) made 3 attempts to deliver. This was ultimately successful but missed 3 appointments that they setup themselves. It took weeks. Unable to contact anybody who can help on the phone.
