Hey James, I'm very sorry to hear the item received was not what you were hoping for. I did confirm with our warehouse that the correct SKU was shipped. However, if it's not the right fit or doesn't match expectations, we would be happy to process a return for you. Please reach out to our team and provide us with pictures of what you received so we can get the claim and return going right away. - The HedgeApple Team

I purchased a small flower pot that unfortunately arrived broken, through no fault of the team at Headgeappls. Amber was quick and helpful getting a replacement ordered, which arrived soon in safe condition. Many thanks to the team for the quick turnaround and excellent customer service.
