Best price I could find for the reclining loveseat I wanted and I LOVE it! Delivery people had great communication and were very accommodating. Will definitely shop here again!!

Customer service and delivery team were amazing!!! They constantly communicated status updates and even gave us a heads up when they were one hour out from house. Our new dining table arrived in perfect condition. It made our house feel like a home….Definitely buying more items from this company!

I took time off from work, spent the entire day waiting for my delivery only to be utterly disappointed with a no show by metropolitan warehouse and delivery. This was not the first time Metro stiffed me and postponed my delivery date.

Hello Jeremy, I am so sorry to hear about the issues with your delivery date with Metropolitan Freight. Per the communication we see, their driver had to cancel the delivery due to a mechanical break down with their truck. I know that must be incredibly frustrating to take time out of your day only to be told after the fact that the delivery isn't being completed. First and foremost, my table is beautiful. It’s an art piece! The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 was because my delivery date was moved, but it did arrive and I was very happy with my product.
