Lies tricked to switch health insurance

United healthcare told me 8-31-26 that my new insurance policy through the MEDICARE ADVANTAGE PLAN was to take effect 9-1-26 but when I went to register the plan they told me it is not in effect

Overall it’s was good but there are too many steps getting passed to person tpo person. Listening too the same thing over and over, takes to long, some of your reps talk entirely to fast the second person I talked was like that he didn’t even take a breath. I was able to keep up, but what about others that can’t they need to slow down remember what age group they’re talking to some just can’t hear or comprehend that fast.

I was looking for a program to assist me with paying for my medications. I contacted Medicare and this is where I found this "HealthCare Select" program. The person I spoke was VERY HELPFUL and PROFESSIONAL to meet my needs.

They were very concerned with my needs and helped me choose the health plan that would best suit me
