Communication was great

Everyone was very accommodating polite and friendly. It took quite a while to get through but I think the benefits will make it worth it

4 out of the 5 people I spoke with were fantastic. The 3rd person was a jerk. Despite that I feel like I was taken care of and got a good deal.

You wanted me to sign up for a free device. I did not want it.

Had a great experience talking Rudy, Whitney and Adrain. Thank then for enrolling me with such knowledgeable understanding of the policies
