He explained everything clearly so I could understand , was very nice, sounds like it will be a big help n my life when things can be difficult

The people I spoke to was very intelligent helpful and understanding when I had any questions about what kind of assistance I will be receiving and what to expect when I switch to the new healthcare plan I will be changing over to. The only thing I would change would be the rushing thru the process. I understand that the faster they get it done the better but I also feel like that some people can't to get thru it quick but others dont I . Myself rather enjoyed the rushing and I think that's why they did it so again they don't a wonderful job

I am excited at the idea of having my meds mailed directly to my home. However, I am worried about advising all my doctors on time before being contacted by you. I have quite a few doctors. But I will start calling tomorrow. Thank you.
