I had ordered from you for a few years and I always tried to take advantage of the coupons as much as I could. The last time I ordered I was told that I could not use the coupon because it was already used. It was a coupon for $5. It was at that time when I decided to look other places for the same protective underwear. I found a new supplier that is $20 cheaper per case that what I was paying you. So, by trying to get an extra $5 out of me you lost an $80 sale each month.

Ordered from this company weekly while caring for my husband at home. This was over a three year period, being bed fast with Alzheimer's. Can't recommend them highly enough. They are great to deal with. They get five stars in my book.
