The service was terrific. Not real happy with the product I received. I ordered Butterfly disposable patches from other places and have received a better product. The Butterfly product from HDIS has inferior adhesive strips (not as sticky), the "absorbent core" in the center of the patch is much smaller than those from other merchants and in general the patch does not seem to be as sturdy and not as effective. Thought you should know since I will not re-order this product from HDIS.

This company has everything I need for my sister who has Down Syndrome and Alzheimer’s. I am her caregiver and if I find that I need something I just do a search and I usually find it at HDIS.

It's been a week since I placed my order. Two items, one came in a reasonable amount of time, the other item I've been waiting a week and still hasn't arrived. I guess I'll have to order two weeks before I need it.
