I like the fact that they carry all sizes for some products. The product arrived promptly. My only gripe would be the cost. I can sometimes find the same product at the grocery store for far less.

I spoke to a very knowledgeable customer service representative. She was a great help. I ordered what I needed and it came in a short time. I will be re-ordering again.

I appreciate the products offered which at times are not available in my local stores. I also appreciate the privacy and the speed with which the products arrive. Thank you! As a retiree I do believe your prices are high. I recognize you have overhead, and shipping costs - but when I can find what I need locally I will purchase in order to save myself the cost to purchase the same merchandise through HDIS.
