HDIS was prompt and professional in filling my order. They kept me informed of the progress of the order and its shipment and it came on time, packaged securely and everything was in order. A good company to do business with.

The item was fulfilled incorrectly. The order was for adjust bed rail instead we received the smaller version ( mobility bed rail). The instructions were complex and difficult to follow. We will keep the smaller bed rail but appreciate a credit for the difference applied to account #3946157.
