I have to be honest they are some of the best and fastest customer service out there. They answer emails literally within a fee hours and always side with the customer.

Received my hat at reasonable time. The A Frame was molded well. The design is awesome. Arrived in a box so the hat wouldn’t get damaged. Overall had a great experience with this company.

I’ve been a loyal customer for more than five years. I made a purchase and they refunded my money and when I went to go look at the size they weren’t no sizes. It was a fitted hat, drop spooky pack that came out the same day and so I ended up getting a 7 1/4 but I’m a truly 7 3/8 the first purchase I made was a 7 3/8 and they canceled my order and refunded my money so I figured it was sold out so I grabbed the 1/4 and when I went back, they had 7 3/8 left a lot. The hat is still sitting. It was a Phillies hat from the spooky pack so I contacted them and asked them if they could by any chance change to 7 1/4 to a 7 3/8 and they said no after they’re the one that canceled my order
