Laura went above and beyond to make sure that my order was correct, due to mistakes I had made. Greatly appreciated.

Thank you Joel! We are glad to provide your closet rod needs and get orders out quickly and accurately.
Quick response time. Except that when I wanted to have a change or modification in my order, I was told that you can't because the packaging comes from the manufacturer.

Thank you Lettie for your Review! When you received your order, you mentioned you needed 2in. screws and must have missed the description which says Includes two 10-32 x 1-1/4" screws. We would surely have given you 2 inch screws if we had them , but these handles are provided from our manufacturer (EPCO) who has them pre packaged.
Awesome easy transaction. Affordable shipping. Great customer service.
