Customer service has been excellent. We recently bought one of their 3-1 hot taps and have been very pleased with it so far. We had a slight issue that the mixer handle was too long, after a bodged DIY job of cutting it down ourselves we reached out to ask if we could order a replacement handle. They have been very accommodating on trying to help us solve our issue.

I’m on my second heater. Hanstrom replaced the first one for free. They break easily and are unreliable. To be avoided.

Our standard 2-year warranty is in place to protect our customers against manufacturing defects, and we always aim to fulfill this commitment swiftly if an issue arises. Because instant boiling water taps continuously maintain temperatures near boiling point, the internal heating elements are highly sensitive to water quality. Over time, especially in hard water areas, rapid mineral and limescale accumulation is the most common cause of premature breakdown rather than a direct manufacturing fault. I purchased a Hanstrom Flex Pro 4-in-1 tap and boiler system. Unfortunately, it has been nothing but a series of disappointments from day one. The system never worked as advertised — water remains unfiltered with visible limescale, the boiler unit consistently displays an E3 error halfway through boiling and there is water leak from the tap due to the boiler error. Despite replacing filters, descaling, and even reinstalling the system, the issue persisted. I contacted Hanstrom numerous times over the last six months, attaching videos, photos, and detailed descriptions of the problems. The support team has been very unhelpful with delays, dismissive replies, and unwanted offers of a replacement I explicitly refused. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am entitled to a full refund for a faulty product — but Hanstrom continues to deny this, despite the product clearly not being fit for purpose. Their customer support ignored my questions, sent replacement notifications without consent, and failed to provide clear information about the replacement they were shipping. It is a refurbished one, not a brand new. The product has caused more stress than convenience, and the lack of accountability from Hanstrom is incredibly frustrating. I strongly advise to avoid this company until they improve both their products and their approach to customer service.

Absolutely delighted with this boiling water tap. The brushed gold finish has a premium feel and adds a touch of class to the kitchen. It stands out for all the right reasons. I bought a hot water tap and boiler from Hanstrom. There were some issues with both but Hanstrom customer service sorted out the problems immediately and send me replacements. I have been very impressed with their help line and efficiency of service. They are there to ensure you are a satisfied customer.
