I am genuinely really happy with my hot tap. I had an issue with my boiler recenlty which Ahmed from customer service kindly helped to resolve. Good product.

The 3 in 1 kettle tap has been excellent easy to use and so much more convenient than using a kettle. Ii bought the chrome tap it looks great. Recently emailed customer service and they responded immediately with useful advice.

Worked well until recently, however I spoke to customer service department who agreed to send a replacement

Ordered a three in one hot water tap, however, it stopped heating the water about three weeks out of warranty. Zara from customer services assisted us into trying to rectify issue but still did not work. Spoke to Ahmed who agreed to send a replacement unit and we are looking forward to receiving this. EDIT: Received replacement the following day which is a slightly different design. Hope that this one has been improved and lasts a decent amount of time.

We were really excited to get our hot water tap from Hanstrom. It is an item we consider a luxury to have and indeed enjoy it very much. It has a sleek, simple design and fits well into our kitchen. A year on we had a problem with the unit however the team at Hanstrom have been very helpful and sent us a lot of information to help us with our query. We are lucky that they have honoured our warranty and will look into relpacing the boiler unit. all in all a very easy process and a pleasure to deal with thank you ! We continue to use our hot water tap and have no hesitation in recommending them.

The hot water tap is the best addition to my new kitchen. The tap is stylish and the appliance easy to use. Ahmed has been helpful and responsive to queries.

Tap looks very nice and I love how there’s so many options

We ordered a 4-in-1 tap from Verana and it arrived a few days later. Looks lovely - we’ve just requested a replacement part which is all in hand to complete the installation then it’ll be perfect 👌🏻
