Great tap, I had an issue and the customer service team called me back immediately and resolved the problem.

Great customer service from the team at Verana/Hanstrom. The taps look great and deliver boiling water efficiently as promised. Any issues the customer service team are contactable through emails and phone calls, looking to resolve any issues you may have. When there was a problem with my equipment the team organised a replacement to be sent out to get the tap back in working order again. Looking forward to fitting the replacement and enjoying the instant boiling water again!

Great, efficient service from Ahmed at Hanstrom. Instant Boiler stopped working, contacted Ahmed who kindly resolved the issue by issuing me a new boiler to fix the concern. Recommend Hanstrom and Verana tap.

Ordered a 3-in-1 tap. The handle was too long for my installation and was hitting the back splash. Rang up Verana and they arranged for a shorter handle to be sent out. Ahmed was a great help. Many thanks

My tap started dripping recently and I was at a loss on how to fix it, spoke to Ahmed who resolved this quickly with a replacement boiler on its way, the boiler is a quick and easy to install so looking forward to it being delivered.

Called company to sort out a boiler fault on a Hanstron 4 in 1 boiler tap system. Spoke with Ahmed at Verana who was very helpful and can replace just the boiler at a reasonable price as boiler is out of warranty. Very good service.
