David K helped me with basics including how to charge my new collar (I hadn't seen the adapter) and helping me link the collar and activate it. He even messaged me to rejoin conversation when I accidentally cut us off. I am grateful for his technical help, patience and assistance.

Dog park support has been great! Have called and spoken with two different agents who were both fantastic. Tim was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and worked with me to resolve our issues quickly and easily! I often have some anxieties around calling a support line because the experience can be so arduous and frustrating. Not so with the Dog Park!

Although it took awhile for a chat person to surface, once there he was great. Very informative, gave me some training tips and problem solving. Although I have had difficulties with the Halo Collar in my lousy gps area, the staff has always been helpful in finding ways I can be successful under my yard conditions.

Chatted via video call in the Dog Park with RC about a USB port cover replacement. Knowledgeable, helpful, outstanding customer service. We have 2 HALO collars and they are absolutely fantastic for keeping our dogs on our 5 acres with no fencing. Outstanding product and support!

What people need to understand that is not on their website or on Amazon. Your will spend $600.00 for this and you think great I will get it and be able to start training my dog. Oh what they forget to mention anywhere is to register the collar you now need to spend $9.99 a month for their cheapest plan. That is right you spend 600.00 and it will not work until you agree to give them another 10.00 a month. Customer service acts like this is the first time they have ever heard of this complaint. Just know expensive to buy and not cheap to own
