The app has always worked well, but it notified us of a GPS chip malfunction, with links to support. Within seconds I was on a live video chat with Jacqueline, who was very quick, knowledgeable, and helpful. A new Halo collar is on its way to us so that our little Sadie is safe. We are such huge fans of the collar and the support we have received for years now. Thank you!

This company has hands down worst customer service department èver! I purchased 2 collars close to a month ago. The company in error sent me 4 collars. They were not able to activate any of the collars after it was escalated to their engineering team. I then sent the collars back to them and they sent me 2 refurbished collars with no charging cords and no cover. I called their customer service and they said they would escalate my request. After 5 days I had heard nothing. Then they contacted me via email to tell me they were sending two replacement collars. They never shipped them to me. I called their customer service back. ( They are outsourcing their customer service to home workers who are not allowed to call the company.) One rep told me he would lose his job if he contacted the company. They have an online customer service that is called the dog park. They have no appointments to speak to anyone in April. I have paid $1200 for collars that have never been sent. Do not use this company! Update: 4/22/24 finally received the collars!!! Unfortunately, the did not ship the magnetic charging adaptation, so I cannot charge one of the collars : fail.

Excellent customer service. There was a very short wait time to get connected to a one on one chat. David was patient, very familiar with the product and thorough. At no point did I feel rushed to finish the call and all questions and more were addressed and answered in setting up, assessing and trouble shooting. Feel very positive about the call.
