Ricky was very helpful in troubleshooting and replacing the collar, along with new charging blocks. He was very friendly and also very helpful! Halo customer support has been very good to work with so far!

Everything has not gone perfect with the Halo collar for our pup. BUT - Their support staff is super friendly and VERY knowledgeable. If you are having a problem you should reach out and ask for help. They are SUPER! Especially Jacqueline D. who helped me a few weekends ago. Thanks again for the support!

Have had 2 collars since 2022. They work great. I love being able to see where my dog is at all times. We can make corrections if necessary thru the app but most of the time no need my pups respond well to it. Customer Service is always there and answers questions wonderfully. Very understanding.

I’ve tried to love halo collar but I just can’t. I can’t even tell you the amount of times by dog has been shocked because the dumb gps on the collar thinks he’s outside the boundaries. I’ve called so many times about this issue with no resolve. Such a waste of $700 that I can’t get back.

Darrel at the Support Center was. Very polite and knowledgeable He knew exactly what I was describing to him about the Contact Tips He explained that the newer version of the Halo Collars, take the smaller threads on the contact tips. He verified my personal information. He processed the new tips into his system. Explain that I would receive a new email verifying the new order.
