I called about not gettIng relief for our equipment to find there was another way to use the machine. My husband uses this religiously and loves the relief it gives.

Disappointed in the range of the cervical rise/lift. Thought it would lift the head up much farther to create more traction. I don’t feel much of a difference even after several months of use. Maybe I’m doing it wrong.
