Never recieved it

My order was correct, just as described and even arrived a day earlier than promised.

The dry eye machine I bought is a joke! The steam only goes to one eye & the rest escapes through sides of mask. Needless to say, it was VERY disappointing to spend $100 on something that has barely left the box it came in.

It took the pain away

The product is a very good product and it does work. Sorry I can't remember much about my experience ordering since it was in October of 2022 when I ordered.

I am extremely unhappy with the treatment I got from Halipax. I ordered an integrative medicine cold therapy watch. When it reached customs here in Serbia it was classified as a medical device and needed an import permit. I contacted Halipax about the situation but my emails were not answered. The customs then returned the item to the sender i.e. to Halipax. Since then I received no refund and Halipax didn't even answer any of my emails and messages sent through their online CONTACT US form. So I didn't get the item, I didn't get a refund, and all my attempts to contact Halipax were ignored. I am exteremely displeased, and it is not my fault that the customs returned the item.

Product does not work. Very unhappy that I can not return it for a full refund.

Arrived quickly well packed. Works well and has taken away cervical pain.
