Shipment was completely messed up and I had to pay diry!

The unit itself is ridged. Hard. Its uncomfortable. It’s loud. I’ve tried it several times and it doesn’t ever feel the way they advertise it. No returns at all either. Customer service is rude. I’m stuck with a pricey product that doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money. Heed the warning.
