Solid product, quality made!

To be honest super nice people and sales experience. Unit delivered with missing bolts for the arm of the unit. Would expect for $2k they would inspect unit before delivery. No big deal I went to Home Depot and bought bolts but honest feedback for customer experience, spend the time to inspect unit before delivery to avoid a surprise in front of customer. Put the poor delivery guys in a bad spot. Manufacturer omitted bolts not gym source. Update: thank you for the response Gym Source!

Fast and efficient service

Ordered a $2,000.00 from the Greenwich, CT. Store which they had delivered from the Stamford, CT. Store as was a "floor item". Bike got delivered late....was very dirty and I had to clean it....delivery personnel had no idea how to operate it in the least.....did not deliver owner's manual or requisite tools with the item.....3 tires were completely flat and had to inflate myself. Greenwich Store folks eventually delivered all the missing stuff a few days later but, the experience was quite poor. Had a Peleton Bike delivered a week later and, that experience was "exceptional" in every regard.
