No customer service - no order update after 17 days
12/29 update: we received the bike in time for Christmas and my son loves the bike. He had a balance bike beforehand so it only took him 2-3 days to really figure out pedaling. Original review I ordered a guardian bike on Black Friday (Nov 28). On December 9th, I emailed for a status update on when my order will ship. All i received was an AI generated response that the case would be escalated. No response. On 12/12 I emailed again, but I still haven't heard from anyone. I understand that there's a holiday rush, but they should have been more prepared. At the very least they should be answering their emails and providing status updates. We're now 10 days from Christmas and I don't know if I'll be getting the bike in time.
