Slow to ship
It’s been six days since we made an online order for a bike but it still has not shipped. I wish they were more transparent about how long it would take to receive the product.

Great children bikes Very poor customer service. Waiting for an email response for 4 days!

Paid for but No bike
We have paid for a bike for our granddaughter, but it has yet to be delivered. You can contact them only by email, and they may or may not get back to you, and I've yet to have an answer as to when we will get our bike or if we are ever to get it. Their contact is horrible as they just ignore us once paid for as their are other companies that offer nice bikes for kids.
