Terrible experience. Significant production delays, trouble with communication (you cannot talk to management), multiple promises of shipment times not met, shipment is now far overdue and GoOptic has not started a trace. GoOptic is not honoring their own terms and conditions when a shipment from them is overdue and assumend lost.
