Easy to use website

Easy to use website, and options were clearly demonstrated with adequate description. Not as overwhelming as the other optical websites.

Go-optic is a total scam if you need to make a return due to an inaccurate photo on their website. After they received my return, they posted a new photo of the frames that look like the ones I received and then denied my credit for the lenses because I selected the wrong frames. At the time of my order, it was obvious that the frames I chose were the correct frames since they only had one photo associated with the color I chose. Now they have two photos that look nothing like one another. Clearly unethical!

To actually find glasses my size is awesome it just sucks that there isn’t much variety for me

It is very hard to find large sunglasses. I found them here!

The order process was extremely easy and you had the frames that I have been looking for every where.

One thing that would make this better is if I could mark favorites as I am selecting. If there was such a feature, I was missing it.
