Amaizing my first purchase and I love it

It did not give the option to skip create an account. Forcing me to create a password-but it took several attempts to create an acceptable password. No real guidelines on password criteria.

Selection was perfect. Shopping and ordering was easy-to-use. Rated 4 stars while waiting for confirmation and delivery.

Easy to order frame from 5 yrs ago.

Easy checkout experience, but would appreciate a PayPal option in payment methods.

They messed up my son's glasses and when we reached out to them about it, they were very unwilling to fix it. After almost a month of daily contact asking for a refund or correct lenses, they are willing to but it's going through snail mail so by the time it all gets back to us it'll have been almost 3 months without seeing correctly for him. Definitely will never use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.
