First time ever, great gor now

Love this company due to variety and that they ship to overseas U.S. military bases.

I don't like that your search field does not function very well, I kept searching for ray-ban wayfarer rw4006 and it never found it. It took a lot of time finding the glasses that I just bought.

Useless. They allow you to order product they don’t have in inventory and the supplier/manufacturer doesn’t have in inventory.

The frames were great quality. The only reason they aren’t getting one star is because of that. The glasses took much longer than quoted. I felt it was a bit of a bait and switch. After I spent the time to sign up for an account, shop, order, & enter all the Rx info…they emailed a few days later stating it was another $20 because the lenses would be oversized, even though it was their own frames. You’d think they’d price them so that the lens price reflected the size of their frames. So I agreed. Glasses arrived and the lenses are awful. I have ordered numerous glasses from mutiple online sites, for much less than I paid for these. I have never had a problem with the lenses. I reached out to customer service and they said typically they recommend the anti glare coating and they could do that for an extra $30. So an extra 50% added to my original price I was originally quoted. Silly me wanting the lenses to work. Even messaging them about a return took a week for a response. I typically don’t leave bad reviews but I will not order from them again.
