The process of ordering my new glasses was very easy and the price was right!

I kept trying to email for price matching and never heard back, nothing in my spam email either. I tried calling with no answer despite saying 24/7 contact. I tried the online char but he just directed towards the "price matching team" again from which I never heard back from again.
