The purchase was easy, however the chat leaves a lot to be desired. They need to state that the chat is auto, not a live person. For a moment I just thought I was speaking to an idiot.

I have tried ordering from so many eye glass places online and they let me submit my order then weeks later tell me my eyes are too bad and they had to cancel my order. I'm praying this one will work because my eyeglasses right now are super glued together lol. Ordering through you guys was easy, just hope y'all can make my order. Thumbs up.

Easy and efficient, had exactly what I needed

The only part that wasn't clear to me at first, when ordering sunglasses without polarized or transitions lenses, was that I had to select clear lenses and throughout the process it isn't evident that while I'm selecting clear lenses, I'm getting tinted ones.
