VERY EASY TO USE SERVICE AND EASY CHECK OUT PROCESS.

I ordered two frames, paid about $600. Have not received the items. They refuse to issue refund without charing me 10%. She (name "freedom") keeps hanging up on me. I have asked to talk to a supervisor but there is never one available. Estimated delivery date is "Soon". Anybody knows where their actual address is? The call times are westcoast times and she says they are in California. I think the Delaware address is for corporate purposes only. I would like to stop by.
