I found exactly what I was looking for even though it was discontinued. The discount was much appreciated and the website was very user friendly. A pleasant experience all the way around.

Found backup frames for my daughter on the first try, even though her glasses are over a year old.

The only thing missing from your website is a section with simple explanatory texts that describe the different options from the dizzying array available. For example, a section on lenses that compares the various features of Polycarbonate vs. CR39 vs. Trivex lenses. Remember that an educated client is a loyal client who will feel more confident buying from your company.

I was unhappy to find an order cancelled that I was unaware of. May have gone to spam. I had ordered frames that, it turned out, were discontinued but this was not specified at the time of the order. No consideration (ie, free shipping) was given for my inconvenience as the item is too cheap. I was getting these as a gift, so went back and ordered in the one available color for my friend. Very annoying. Hope not to shop with you, again, if at all possible.

Tried to place an order, but I forgot password; clicked "forgot password" but never got a response. I called customer service, asked to place order, phone agent said she couldn't take order. She couldn't resolve the "forgot password" issue, so I had to set up ANOTHER ACCOUNT WITH A DIFFERENT EMAIL to place the order. Really?? Is that the best y'all can do?

SO FAR THE ORDER PROCESS WAS EASY.
