Service ok but it takes time to find out if glasses are in stock

It's been almost a month and my glasses are still in *processing* mode. They were a bit passive aggressive when I messaged them for an update. Not happy. That is $200 out of my pocket, might do a charge back if I don't get any good updates soon Most of these reviews are good reviews because the company is sneaky and has you do a review immediately after you finish your online ordering to try to offset all the unhappy people who's been waiting for ungodly amounts of time for their glasses.
