Good price for nice frames

Called with a question, it could not be answer by the person on the phone. Was told an email would be sent to answer my question. This just strikes me as lousy customer service #1 Knowledge makes a decision easier. #2 Emails do not always go through. #3 The customer has to wait for an email that they have no idea when it will arrive, that is an inconvenience. My suggestion for what its worth would allow your Customer Service personnel to take orders, relying on the internet could be a big problem when servers go down your company doesn't make a dime.

My last order was canceled because the glasses were discontinued. Crossing my fingers these are still being made.
