Paid deposit 1 year ago, and never had pre ordered item

I actually got the thing I ordered. However, if you expect alot of updates or anything. No. Communication can be slow, but they did get back to me. And know shipping time takes forever and is costly.

The store is legit; its not a scam. HOWEVER, the customer service sucks. You only get a reply when you contact the Whatsapp Number directly, not in Group Chats, not via Email. Everytime i reach out i have to write several times to get an answer. After figures got cancelled, they tried to refund me but the Paypal refund period was over. So we settled on using the funds for other orders in the future. But i had to initiate the contact everytime, i expect them to reach out to me, since i paid in advance. For my newer orders i didnt get a tracking Email. Also i got a wrong invoice sent. The price in this store is good but i will still avoid them in the future.

Communication could use some major improvement. I kept reaching out for information on an order and would have to wait for weeks before getting a vague response. On top of that the item was no longer in stock after waiting for a year. Fortunately, I was able to get a refund.

They have been somewhat good with communication but not entirely. I do not mind waiting 2 or 3 months for a reply but I have not gotten any new info on my figure. It's going to be 2 years since I bought my figure for full price and 4 months of no reply

I was initially very nervous about buying a big expensive statue from a site I'd never heard of before - but all was good! It sadly arrived with the base broken in transit, but the support team were quick to reply to me and sent out a replacement base which arrived really quickly :) Extremely happy and would buy from again!

I've been scammed! Buy from this place if you want to get bamboozled.

It took quite a bit longer than the estimated time of release but I did receive my order , and nothing was broken or damage. This is a legit company , if you're ordering resin statues you have to be patient because delays are almost guaranteed to happen then the places selling them have no control over it and are left in the dark just as much as you or me about information
