Pieces of the figure were shipped broken. Not only were they shipped broken they looked like they broke and then were packaged

Beautiful figure but the light in my Calcifer stopped working 2 weeks after having it. A little disappointed.

Product has arrived at time of review. Multiple smaller parts broke during transit. Haven't taken product out of box to see the rest of it yet.

Perfect product, but the service take a while to anwser and isn’t alway clear

Buying was easy enough, figure was high quality. There was some damage during shipping, they didn't do much about rectifying it. Told me to glue it back together.

They don't respond very well to emails

In the end I got my preorder but it took a veeery long time and no updates were communicated the whole time.
