Never got sent an email for the other half of payment, also never got the figure in general

Terrible customer service, no communication. Most likely a scam. Had to get refund through PayPal.

I placed an order last year. After I paid for the pre-order, the seller issued an invoice for the remaining balance covering the figure and shipping. The shipping cost came to $80!! That’s more expensive than the figure itself. I wrote to them pointing out that shipping such a small package from China usually costs 5–10 times less, and I even provided examples and named specific shipping companies. I sent a few more emails asking about my order, but the seller never replied and simply ignored me. Now I have neither the product nor the money I paid for the pre-order. It’s absolutely terrible.

I am still waiting for a order from you. I have sent you a few messages regarding this and you have ghosted me. not happy.

figure arrived broken, took pictures of everything right after opening, the process for returning the money for it dragged for over 8 months through whatsapp, they were not responding until i spammed them with messages, got only less then half the price back because i didnt have a video of compeletely opening and unwrapping everything from the start, they offered a 70$ discount on their website when i said i will not shop there again if they can add it to the money returned they said no. generally poor experience with everything unfortunately.

I purchased a figure off their website weeks went by without so much as a confirmed shipping email, so I emailed their support I got a response pretty fast that my order was out of stock and that I would be issued a refund, months later no refund in sight and not a single response from customer service no matter how many follow up emails are sent
