I pre-ordered a figure, but its release was cancelled due to low demand. I agreed to a full refund, but I’m still waiting for it; no matter how many times I reach out via email or WhatsApp about order #15460, I get the feeling that my messages are simply being ignored. I’m very disappointed, because I initially had a positive experience when I ordered my first figure, but the customer support is extremely poor and slow

EXTREMELY HIGH quality gk figure, will buy again, service have room for, improvement. I asked for an actual photo on a separate figure but they have trouble contacting the manufacturer. Luckily this figure turned out amazing and true as marketed.

Terrible customer service, no communication. Most likely a scam. Had to get refund through PayPal.

The figurine was amazing and detailed - beautiful job on the painting. My only complaint is that my umbrella came broken out of the shipping box. The packaging seemed like it should have been enough but it was still snapped.
