Pre-order went well for my 1st purchase

Good service and follow up my figure, good condition and trusted Figure shop！👍🏻

Excellent customer service if there is an issue, and they communicate in a timely manner.

Figurine I ordered has a very good quality (yoichi yukimura) and nice variety options. Also the customer support is very friendly, helpful and quick in response.

I bought the Arataki Itto figurine and the process was very smooth, I got mine earlier than expected. The figurine is also high quality and highly detailed! The service was very nice and patient, overall I'm happy with it.

The figure came pretty busted and gk was supposed to reach out to see what could be done to the studio but never got back to me.
