Order came in, no damages and good communication from the company. Happy with my purchase.

Made a deposit on a figure that was on pre-order 1 year ago and they never followed up. Never received any subsequent communication. They pocketed the deposit and then 1 year later asked for a review. I basically donated to their cause of ripping people off.

0 communication. Never responded to support emails. Ended up defaulting on the case sent to PayPal support. 0/10 would never recommend these scam artists to anyone else.

They don't respond very well to emails

Never had an issue with this company. I ordered two statues that got shipped out on time and arrived in perfect condition. They do great with communication, and I just genuinely love buying from them.

i waited over half a year on a delivery for a limited figure and after its finaly arrived the box was empty

They sent me a broken figure, and then flat out told me I can "glue it back." Highly dissatisfied with the quality and the size of the figure. Only offered a discount that would barely cover any tax from the "next order".
