Gizmogo.comReviews of gizmogo.com

I've sold a bunch of my old tech I don't use or need anymore and I've always gotten my payment super quick and I've no had problems at all getting what I was quoted. I always search for the place that's going to give me the most money and they haven't been beat yet.

I traded in my two tablets and got the exact amount as the quote I got on the website, fast response through email and live chat. From the day the company got my package, it only took less than a day to send the payment, I selected PayPal and the payment was instant. I would definitely use this site again to sell my old cell phones and recommend to my friends.

Update 9/28/2021: It seems that they lose an excessive amount of packages because the Post Office never delivers them, so it not their fault. Company tried to make it right and sent me a portion of the sale value. Good company, however I would not recommend them until the issues with the Post Office are resolved; there is a chance your package will never arrive. I would suggest to the company that it starts using another shipper like UPS. A complete and utter scam. I sent them an expensive order ($500+ phone). It was delivered to their address and signed for by someone at that address. They then say they never received it and don't know who signed for it. I have been going back and forth with them for almost a month now. They keep telling me to "wait for post office investigation." Tried calling; they never answer the phone. I'm pretty sure I just screwed out of a lot of money.

The end result I was happy but communication with Gizmogo was lacking and I never really got a response when I’ve emailed them for help . And in the invitation I got to do this review my email was shared with a list of others emails and I feel that’s a tad alarming that my email is being shared so openly.

Fast service by qualified techs and c. service. They paid me with a virtual check that I could easily deposit into my bank account = cash, unlike other web sites that only offer digital cards that get rejected in many sites. Their offer was about the same as in other sites. Their techs were also able to use my phone and stand by the initial offer, unlike other company whose techs were not able to analyze my phone. Gizmodo doesn't bother you asking the original device box and charger either.

i put the wrong email for my paypal payment and i thought it was too late to change it so i was fighting with the paypal support like all day then i messaged someone from gizmogo and they solved my problem within 5 minutes, really made my day

Fast service from beginning until the end. I Was paid the quote I was quoted within 24 hours of them receiving my package!

Great customer service! I asked for my payment to be switched from Amazon to Pay Pal without any problems, and payment within 24 hours!! Great company to work with!
