They offered $306 for my phone but once received claimed that the battery life was less than 85% and the only offered $138. Don't trust their offer listed online. I've used this type of service for many years and never had one pull this stunt on me.

Since the manager of the company call, and was nice, I removed my first comment. She explains the girl is new and don’t know there system.. So I will give them that. I even added star for the manager actually calling me personally. I don’t want to hurt anyone business, but let get staff trained. I personally was not satisfied but your exception e could be different .
