Visited the store today and was blown away by the inventory and selection of 3D filament. Pallets of filament, every color in the catalog, every Bambu model on the floor printing, Benchys printed in every filament on the shelf, and even an Epson UV printer I had no idea existed. Was extremely happy to find a brick and mortar store with so many models and brands to get hands on with. Highly recommend stopping in if you get the chance.

This is about a product I bought from Gigaparts, not GigaParts which I have largely had good service. Rig Expert Stick XPro: Reasonably mature product…normally good reviews. Most reviews ate touchy / feeley rather than of real evaluation. I bought the product so I could count on very portable measurements. First time I needed it…really needed it: measured inductor at 100 kHz, results says 399.2 nH…with much pain and agony, I now know it is 399.2 uH, a factor of 1000! I am ticked!

Gene went above and beyond the call of duty when he came to our UVARC meeting. I was fortunate enough to receive a radio from him that he had programmed with my local frequencies, and a few more that will be helpful when I travel. He then waited while I field-tested and confirmed it was ready to go. Ordered a QRP transceiver from Gigaparts. It arrived 6/24/2026. It was defective, and wouldn't work. I contacted them to get a return label and exchange, and instead dealt with a week of foot-dragging, finger-pointing, and gaslighting. I sent it back to them today at my own expense and I am pursuing a refund. If you like reasonable customer service, look elsewhere. This is not the place.
