I went in to order a Wera magnetic screwdriver rail, because they were the only Wera Tool dealer in my area. The salesman didn't know they were a Wera dealer and had never heard of them. There was a minimum order of 2, so I decided to purchase the minimum amount. They added a $30 shipping fee to have it shipped to their site with no option to direct ship to me. I called two days later to cancel the order, and I was informed that they were unsure if they could cancel the order. I will never purchase anything from MiMotion (Motion Industries) again.

I needed to order a ten dollar belt. The last time I needed to order a ten dollar belt these people took FOURTEEN MONTHS to get one. I stuck it out because I wanted to see how lousy they actually were. Today, even after checking in with User Name and Password, their local person actually pulled the website down rather than help me find another belt. I'm sorry I don't need a truckload of whatever, but instead of just saying, "No, we can't get it," they put me through the wringer. Don't go there. Don't do business with them.
