Our first driver didn’t show up, but after communicating the issue with the customer service agents via chat and text the issue was quickly resolved and another driver was located quickly and arrangements were made for my junk removal. The driver that arrived was friendly, quick and efficient. The process to schedule was quick and easy and I love that the pricing is up front, before you schedule. Pricing is fair based on comparison shopping. Overall a good experience, despite an early schedule mishap. Would definitely use this service again.

I was excited to see such a great price. I booked and scheduled for 3pm and received a confirmation. I took all my junk (couch chair beds etc..not easy stuff!) Outside. They never showed. Spoke to customer service 4 times on phone and once on chat...(was hard to get ahold of may i add) apparently they couldnt find my warrior. After 2 hrs i finally said cancell. They offered a refund and quoted it would be in my account within 1 day. Took forever to get a confirmation of the cancel. And its going on 2days.. I still havent received it. Single mom and need that money!

We have tried reaching out to the warrior assigned to your job on that day however, we were unsuccessful to get a hold of him. I personally processed your refund on May 4th and please do understand that on our end we can process it in just a couple of minutes however, it may take few business days to be reflecting in your account, you can always check it with your bank. I will be sending you an email for the reference number of the refund made so you can check it with your. We would like to make it up with so if you will give us another chance, we can book the appointment again for a discounted price. Again, we sincerely apologize for the experience. I needed an efficient and timely way to dispose of a Queen Sized bed box spring, and I was very happy to have learned about Trash Warrior. Very clear pricing and online experience, and my Warrior showed up right within the time-frame promised. Overall, a pretty seamless experience and I would recommend!

Trash warrior was a great experience . They came same day . The communication was great through the whole process and Kendrick was very professional and friendly . It was fairly priced . I highly recommend Trash Warrior .

Using trash warrior was quick and easy. I set up an appointment, they came by on time and the items I needed gone were removed just as fast. Will use this service again! 10/10 highly recommend!
