I received my cheeky kit second hand. It did not have a return label in the unopened kit. It seems to be their business model to do make you email for it. Anyway, when I couldn't produce a recite they told me they would not send a return label. I don't understand why the return label wouldn't have been in the box in the first place. So now I'm just up a creek with money wasted. Thanks Cheeky.
