Excellent customer service!!!!! Can’t wait to get my Cheeky guard!

I had a few problems (my fault) making the first impression. The customer service team was amazing! They sent another kit, explained how to get a good impression and the finial product is perfect!! It is a great fit and I did not have to pay $500.00 my dentist was going to charge. The bite guard arrived quickly. I am very impressed with the service I received. Sincerely, Dawn

I was dreading making my impressions because of my gag reflex. When I finally did my impressions it was so easy. I watched the videos available to make sure I had the right size tray, they provide a small, medium, and large tray so you don't have to waste time waiting on a different size to be shipped to you. From there it was super easy. Make sure to check your email for the return label, I received my email label before I had read the instructions and was a bit confused when the subject said, "return label." I thought my order was being returned/refunded because I got the label the same day the impression kit shipped to me. Don't delete that email, and print it so you have it for when you send your impressions back to them.
