Terrible quality shoes, never had a worse pair. Ordered two pairs both lasted less than 3 weeks before the upper and sole separated. A total waste of money.

All of these 5 star reviews are fake. My Gatsby shoes are of terrible quality and started to fall apart after 4 months of moderate walking. Upon removing the insoles, the frame of the shoe is made out of soft rubber and has squashed down as a result! I just discovered a crack on the bottom of the shoe sole when it was raining outside and my foot got all wet! I do not recommend this shoe to anyone.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes on 2/13/26 (Order #GTSBY42955). When I inquired about the order status I was informed that while orders are usually processed within 5 days, Spring Festival causes delays. No future delivery estimate information was offered. Your site should make mention of the effect of these holidays on your customer service shipping delays and performance.

The shoes are poor quality and don’t even come close to the price tag for them. The “leather” is fake and a Chinese substandard. Customer service is absolutely terrible and it’s been 3 weeks and counting for the return process.

I bought a pair of Gatsby shoes to try them out because of the advertised wider toe box. After a short “break in” I loved them. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks I noticed the sole was coming loose. I emailed support and ACTUALLY GOT A PERSONAL RESPONSE! Awesome! I was given detailed instructions on how to get them replaced and it was SO EASY! In short…love the shoes and Gatsby made my problem into a minor inconvenience. I am a fan now!

Gatsby Shoes lasted 6 weeks, then the finish peeled off. Gatsby customer service is not good.

Got an answer right away with help. Broke a lace and wanted to know the size of the lace. I love the shoes and will definitely purchase another pair when I wear these out. I have had many compliments for student and adults on my shoes.
