I still have not received my Gatsby shoes that I was looking forward to getting. Or a refund

I have been in contact with support on an order that I have not received. Order # GTSBY431422 placed on May 9, 2026. On June 1 I asked for an update as they had not shipped. The reply was there was a stock issue and my items would be restocked and shipped shortly. I asked for updates on June 24, July 13, September 24 and October 3. All have been ignored. On October 10, I emailed Shopify, where I paid for the shoes, and they referred me back to Gatsby Customer Service, the same people that have not been responding. Due to my believing that they would actually ship the product, I missed the window for disputing the charge. I will try to get my bank to refund my purchase, but what is the use of using Shopify if they let this happen and trying to contact the company that will not respond anymore.

Ordered months ago and still have not received my order. I want a refund.

I ordered a pair of shoes and never received them. I emailed many times because gatsby doesn't have a customer service phone number. I got the same answer every email and still never received my shoes 7 months later.

I would give a zero star if available. This company is a SCAM - their website appears to be down (no surprise)- I purchased shoes from them 4 months ago and never received them. Received several messages stating they were out of stock and would send soon. Now, zero response to my messages. Stay away!

They have taken my money and not sent my order. It’s been three months! I contacted them and they will not respond.

Gatsby Shoes is a scam. I ordered shoes on April 30th. Gatsby's accepted my payment, and then nothing. I contacted them in May and they said "oh sorry, your shoes are on back order". I waited another month and sent another email, and now they will not respond. So I paid and got nothing.
