I'm sincerely sorry to hear about the issues you've encountered with the quality and comfort of the shoes. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, and it's disheartening to learn that we have not met your expectations. Your feedback regarding the materials and construction of the shoes is invaluable, and I assure you that we will take immediate steps to address these concerns with our manufacturing team. However, I'm sorry to learn that they're not as comfortable as you had hoped. Your comfort is important to us and we appreciate your honest feedback.
